Leo nació en Cancún, Andi en Querétaro. Ambas viven actualmente en Vallarta y se conocieron en la Universidad. Tienen gustos afines por viajar, bailar, aprender idiomas, y pronto se dieron cuenta de algo más en común: les encanta probar comida diferente...tienen un pequeño Ratatouille dentro.
Por eso comenzaron sin querer pero con gusto, a cenar cada viernes en un lugar distinto de Puerto Vallarta, sin plan, sin rumbo, a donde las dirigieran sus papilas gustativas. Dándose cuenta así, que en Vallarta nunca terminas de conocer la oferta restaurantera, tan variada y tan innovadora, cambiando cada temporada.
Leo was born in Cancún, Andi in Querétaro. They both live currently in Vallarta and they met at the University. They have common likes such as traveling, dancing, learning languages, and soon realized they had something alse in common: they love trying different kinds of food...they have a little Ratatouille inside.
That's why they began, without a real intention, but with pleasure, to go out for dinner every friday in a different spot of Puerto Vallarta, no plan, no directions, going where the taste would lead them. Realizing both that, in Vallarta, you never end knowing the restaurant offer, so varied and innovative, changing every season.
